car stereo won't turn on but it has power

Our Pioneer stereo unit won't turn on. Car Stereo Head Unit Malfunction. The wire which has lost power is known as the ignition feed and the wire which has retained power is the battery or permanent positive 12v wire. If the fuse connected to the car stereo has blown, the circuit will be incomplete and power simply can't reach the head unit (the part of the stereo in the center console). This unit #Pioneer XRJ-25M Model is ZA25M...is there a fuse in this unit, or will I have to take it to a Service center for repairs.
